It's a visual and instrument-based inspection of what has been built, with a documented report. It isn't a structural engineering survey, and it isn't a court expert's opinion. If something we find needs a structural engineer or a formal expert, the report says so.
Most buyers need Standard. Choose Premium if you can't be there, or want the thermal camera and a letter for the developer. Basic is a quick check of the area and the obvious defects.
Yes, the prices are per apartment. For very large apartments or penthouses, ask us before booking.
One re-check is included in Premium. With other packages it's 120 ₾.
Yes. Tell the engineer, and you pay the difference.
When five or more apartments in the same building are inspected on the same day, each one is 20% cheaper. Neighbours can book together.
