Your eyes in Georgia

You bought an apartment you haven't seen finished. We go in before you accept the keys, show you everything by video and send you the evidence to get it fixed.

How a remote inspection works

  1. From anywhere

    Book and pay

Choose Premium / Remote, send the contract and the handover date, and pay by card or bank transfer.

  2. Before the visit

    We arrange access

We agree a time with the developer's handover team, or with whoever holds the keys for you.

  3. Inspection day

    Watch live, or later

We call you on WhatsApp or Telegram from the apartment. If the time doesn't suit you, we record it.

  4. Next day

    Report and letter

Photos, measurements and the letter to your developer, ready to send.

Collecting the keys for you

We're working on accepting the keys on your behalf under a power of attorney. It isn't available yet. Until then we inspect and document, and you or your representative sign the handover act.

Talk to us first

Send us your project and handover date. We'll tell you what we can check and when.

Questions from buyers abroad

What about the time difference?

We book the video call at a time that works for you. If none does, we record the walkthrough and send it with the report.

How do I know what I'm seeing is my apartment?

On the call you can ask us to show anything: the door number, the view, a socket. The report includes photos and measurements of every defect.

What do you need from me?

The contract, the floor plan if you have one, the handover date and a contact in the developer's handover team.

What if the developer won't fix things?

We can re-check after repairs, and the report documents what was found and when. For a dispute you may need a lawyer; we inspect, we don't give legal advice.

Book before you sign the handover act. It's the cheapest moment to fix anything.
